wizard off odds / caribbean stud poker with draw

I would like to know the odds for hitting a straight flush on a Caribbean stud poker but with the possibility to buy one card?
I know that without draw it is 1:72913 more or less.

I know the odds to complete an inside straight flush is 1:46 and to complete an up and down straight flush is 1:22,5.
I am struggling with the maths to determine the possibility of hitting the first four.
Can somebody help me on the right way?

Or perhaps someone already has the right odds for Caribbean stud poker with draw (one card).
