In Fallsview Sunday,Tiles will be $25 minimum. If it got busy, it will go up to $50. 3 Tiles table open. For craps table, one in main pit. On Sunday you are talking about $15 min. VIP has another for min. $25 but it won't open until 200pm. Soda and coffee are free but alcohol is expensive. Expresso/mineral water are free if you have a platinum card. I doubt you guys will have comp. if you plan to stay just for an hour. $25 average on Tiles will get you @$2 comp/hour. Regular buffet is $20. Chinese buffet is $15/lunch. $20/dinner. Deli sandwich is $10.25-14 plus 13% tax.

Oh, I have plenty of shots of the falls, including a 16x24 print of the horseshoe falls hanging on my living room wall. That one and the Rainbow Bridge photo were taken from the Skylon tower. From up there, I even got a shot of the Toronto skyline!

At the moment, I'm out. I had to make a difficult choice and my debt elsewhere is higher, so I'm doing that instead. I may yet manage to do both. So I'm a doubtful but maybe.

I'd say I'm 50/50. I'm writing this from my hotel room in Columbia, SC, where I'm visiting and apartment hunting in advance of starting a new job on Monday. The first weekend of June is a prime target for my official move date. If I need to coordinate my move that weekend, I'm out. If the move is any other weekend, I'm in.

In deference to Face, I am planning two separate meet ups. Since Face is more likely to attend on Sunday, the Sunday meet-up will be in Canada at noon at a place to be selected by Boymimbo. I am proposing a Saturday meetup at the Seneca Niagara casino at noon at the buffet, unless someone else has a better idea. I'll be available for any local events for all of the out of town visitors after both lunch meetings.

I might be able to go for that, provided we just skip the cheating part. I'm pretty sure he's at Fallsview, so you likely have a pic of it. Either way, whether Fallsview or Casino Niagara, the directions are the same. Cross the Rainbow bridge and immediately go left on Falls Ave / Niagara Parkway. Casino Niagara is right there on the right, Fallsview is a few thousand feet down the road just past the Skylon tower, also on the right.
And I don't think there's conflict. Sounds like a US Saturday and CAN Sunday.

I'll be staying right across the street from Fallsview, at the Quality Inn beside the Skylon Tower. I also know where Casino Niagara is, of course; I just didn't know which one was home to ontariodealer. The possible conflict is that he will be dealing (and possibly offering a little craps "help") on Saturday, the same day as the WoV activities south of the border. I don't know whether his work shift will be while we are gathered in New York or at a time I could drop by to see him deal earlier or later.

Since OntarioDealer is in, he in in employ of Fallsview. And if he's in employ at Fallsview, he's also in employ at Niagara -- they're owned by the same company and employees go back and forth between the two to cover shifts.
So with OntarioDealer in, I will propose lunch outside of the casino at the Falls and Firkin (pub), at 1pm (I cannot make noon -- I have church and I'll likely need to ferry my daughter somewhere after). There are a number of other options in the food court.
Falls and Firkin is in the Fallsview resort, downstairs in the food court. Saturday at Seneca also works for me, but I will likely only partake for a couple of hours depending on when and where I'm ferrying my daughter.

If the weather is nice I plan on doing a Maid of the Mist boatride before the official meet-up on Sunday. I have travelled around the world, and the M of M is amongst my most favorite tourist activities.

Yes. I might add that I am planning a Duff's chicken wing night on Friday if anyone is interested. For those that are not up on their chicken wing trivia, the original place for chicken wings is a place called the Anchor Bar, and I used to work a block away. Each time I would go there, I was always disappointed in the wings when compared to Duff's. Then the travel channel had a competition between the two, and thank god Duff's was declared the winner! And in the only highlight of President Obama's administration, when he came to Buffalo, he chose Duff's as the place to have his chicken wing lunch......
