I want the store to have to hire another cart/box person. My rage against the machine.
They are lucky if mine makes to there.Quote: JohnzimboFirst I have ever heard that you are expected to return the cart to the inside of the store...always just to the corrals in the lot.

You are just a regular scoff law, aren't you?
Do you return tools if you borrow them?Quote: JohnzimboFirst I have ever heard that you are expected to return the cart to the inside of the store...always just to the corrals in the lot.
Quote: petroglyphDo you return tools if you borrow them?
I don't believe I've ever been asked to borrow a tool. Then again, I can't think of the last time I bought a tool, either.
Nah, carts is as far as I go. I do reuse the bags though.Quote: JohnzimboDo you unpack all your groceries at your car and then take the bags back into the store?
Another secret of mine, I hate recycling anything that the scrap man won't buy outright, or has a deposit on it. It makes me want to deliberately toss my empty water bottles on the morning after garbage pick up.
I put four cucumbers in my food processor but all I got was a slurry of cucumber bits, not a juice.Quote: bobbartopI don't bother peeling cucumber, I don't think it matters one way or the other. Just throw it in my juicer.
I love to litter and run stop signs late at night, the stop signs I might get caught, but the littering odds are zero and the expected cost very affordable if you average it per item. You're almost a fool to not litter.Quote: petroglyphNah, carts is as far as I go. I do reuse the bags though.

Am I the only one that doesn't understand this?
I have a feeling at some point in the near future PokerGrinder will be traveling toQuote: MiraradI once got drunk and kissed a friend's girlfriend. We decided we wouldn't say him about it. They broke up soon with that girl, and I'm in a good relationship with this friend.

I'd guess that would take a 24 pack of Moosehead and at least 2 bottles of Canadian Club before that would happen.

For Nathan or for PokerGrinder?

And in the morning his biggest regret will be all those extra calories from the alcohol

And yet, I wanted to move back to my hometown since about 2002 (been in Vegas since 1990).Quote: jjjooogggI've wanted to leave my hometown since I was 19. I'm 50. I still live in my hometown(Bellingham Washington).
Most of my childhood friends we're born and raised there and still remain.
I don't think they initially stayed for any other reason than family and whatnot.
At some point they probably realized It's pretty nice town and surrounding area and decided there wasn't a good reason to leave.
I know the Wizard recently visited the area and was very impressed he was very surprised to find out that's where I grew up.
It's not really a secret, but I really don't like the desert. I don't hate Vegas I'm fairly certain I wouldn't miss it for the most part.

Why haven't you left? I left mine at 18 and have never returned.

The story is not going to be exciting, but boring. Trust me.
I thought the joke about that being a secret was obvious (posting about it in a public forum) but apparently no one got the joke.
It's feared, yes, but secretive no (they can't fear you if they don't know you)

Good point!
Tell the APs who jumped ship :)
Quote: DRichI ate two Snickers bars at 7am for breakfast.
Sleeping to the crack of noon would eliminate the need for breakfast.
It also eliminates much stress. Half of the day has already passed ,drama free.

I wish my employers felt that way.

I know it’s old, but I missed this way back then. This is the funniest thing I’ve seen on WoV.

Thank you for reviving the dead. I agree, that is funny.
