Yikes.

Wasn’t this the kind of thing the workers were threatening to strike over earlier this month?

Is this a "new" service fee or just a fee for early check in?

That guy said it was a service fee for not using the kiosk -- but you might be right, might be early check-in but that is not what he stated

Valet and you're looking at a hundo before room costs. People will be lining up to pay.

Last time I was at the Linq, I noticed the line was long and went to the kiosk. Swiped in, was told that I had resort fees, as Diamond, so I had to go back and talk to a person to resolve it anyways. This is also the place where I was told that Diamond got unlimited WiFi devices the previous trip, so... fun.

I'm not sure if it was a convenience surcharge or regular resort fee, but I wasn't charged it by the person, and it was well past early check-in times.

Yeah, no way in heck this guy is right. More than likely an early check-in fee.

Why didn't you use the VIP checkin? Rarely a line and Diamonds can use.
