I asked that before recently I noticed my wife and my such offer are no longer listed in my TR offers page. Can those be first come first serve, due to the shopping?

My wife and mine disappeared from the list. Now the Roman Experience one is gone. Do it have to do with the play or lack thereof when we were there a few weeks ago? I wouldn't think how that would affect it immediately.

Seems rare as offers are always there until the date passes. However if you have larger offers and took advantage of one without much play, they possibly could reduce or remove offers quickly.

I am curious about this as well. My Nordstrom offer is still there, but my Roman Experience is gone. Perhaps they cancelled the Roman Experience event? It was interesting for the month of Jan and Feb I cleaned out about $4000 using the almost weekly $750 in free play I got, but never gambled. After March they lowered the free play offers going forward ($550) and the frequency decreased to two events a month. My guess is that you're still Diamond as well. According to a Total Rewards worker he said it is probably based on recent play. He didn't actually know himself, but he has told me he's given 7 Stars Card holders less in free play then they have given me. It is my goal to figure out their system by the end of this year as apparently many on this site as well as myself believe the free play is where Caesars Entertainment is most vulnerable.

shecky,

PLEASE let me know when you figure this out. I was told many people had the Roman Experience disappeared, so that might have been cancelled for everyone. In regards to the free play or nordstrom, I might agree with you in regards to the lack of play on prior trips. I wonder what is considered a good amount of action/coin in. Thank you in advance.

Some offers can, and do "sell out" there is a strong likelihood that the offer just booked to.capacity and they dropped it from the lists.

On a followup, I got 7 Stars but they seemed to have cancelled all of my offers. As of now I am a 7 Stars cardholder and do not get any more offers from Caesars. I did pretty much go to a majority of the better offers (free play, shopping event, concerts), and many of the times I didn't play serious at all. I'm guessing someone somewhere in marketing banned me from getting anymore offers despite me having a marker, and serious play (avg $400 bet) every now and then. This for sure happened to me at the Golden Nugget as they would offer me $300 in free play every month and I would pick it up and not play. Eventually I called to book an offer a the Nugget and a "supervisor" told me they revoked all of the offers they mailed to me because I do not play. Essentially I was mistaken this was a weakness in Caesars comp system and I would advise not doing it more than once a month.

Last trip, Asian New Years, I got my free play $2,250.00, which was given out in paper form as always, good until lose wagers, 10 @ $225.00 each on even paying games such as Baccarat, Black Jack, etc. I used 3 at Baccarat and the wife used 7 at B.J. Also got the Macy's Gift Card for $3,000.00. Now my offers are down to $400.00 free play and lots for $150 and a shopping something for $200 and another for $400. But it was explained to me that next quarter will change, goes by quarters as I understand it.

It all has to do with the action you give them, period. Obviously some trips our play will not be good as others but a pattern of collecting without play is a sure fire way to not be invited to an event again and possibly having offers revoked. This is the casino business, its based on what they "expect" us to do, not what we've given them in the past. I know some guys who collect without playing as a way to stick it to the casino for losing streaks but they are only shooting themselves in the foot. Being a 7 Star (I've been for 5 years now) doesn't entitle us to better offers; wagering more/longer does. As another member posted earlier your tier level has nothing to do with how much free play you receive.
