Wheel Poker Prize Wheel

Last weekend, I played some Wheel Poker and got about 30 4-of-a-kind. The distribution on the prize wheel was as follows.

2000 - 0
1000 - 0
800 - 0
600 - 1
500 - 4
400 - 2
300 - 8
250 - 9
200 - 3
150 - 3
100 - 0

This seems quite different from the weights shown on the Wizard of Odds website. Bad luck? Is the weights on the prize wheel adjustable? Please comment.
