Optimal strategy does not care how many coins you put in. You are just trying to get the best expected payoff because the coins bet are a sunk cost. Use the actual payoffs for the game without correcting them.
For JoB, the strategy for one coin or two coins should be the same. The strategy for 5 coins changes, but only because the relative payout for the RF increases to 800:1.

It’s not giving the correct strategy because when I input the payoffs which are actually for a 6 coin bet but the strategy maker is set up for a 5 coin bet. Have you looked at the first option, and changed "Standard Video Poker" to ... something else?
There are definitely some 6 and 10 coin options.

The "obvious answer" is to just enter the numbers "as is", then divide the value shown as the return by the number of coins entered.
Since every hand's expected value is multiplied by the same factor, it shouldn't affect the strategy.
