I saw a Facebook post showing two sets of quads at the same machine at some Italian restaurant in Henderson, but I couldn't identify the game.
It has a standard 7/5 Jacks or Better payout, except that two pair pays 1 instead of 2 and quads pays 80 instead of 25 (a straight flush still pays 50).
I get an RTP of 96.2526%.
Does this have a common name of some sort?
