So as circumstances would have it, I have work that needs to be done down near Natchez MS, and I wanted to use the opportunity as a chance to visit one of the LA/MS casinos that would be close by. Well, I was originally going to try and visit the Isle of Crapi casino....only to find out I was five years to late, oh well. There is one other casino in the area, but it's so small I doubt the VP paytables would be good (still going to see though). The next closest casino would be the one in Coushatta, which was last updated a year ago on vpfree.

I DID check vpfree of course to see if they have some full pay/decent schedules at quarters, the reason I ask is because most of the ones I found the pay tables haven't been updated for a while (I usually take it with a grain of salt if it hasn't been updated in a year).

So I wanted to ask if anyone here that happens to gamble in either state would know of any casinos near Natchez, or at least not a ridiculous drive from Natchez that would have decent pay schedules I could play for a couple hours and sip on some drinks, this will most likely be a one off trip unless the offers are really nice and I could get some free rooms off of a decent amount of coin in. But I just don't want to make a 4+ hour drive over to one of the casinos only to find out that the best paytable is 6/5 JoB.

Vicksburg and Baton Rouge have to be closer to Natches than Coushatta. Been through once but it’s been a while. Lauberge Baton Rouge probably has like two multi-line 9/6 jacks machines iirc and is a “nice” casino being roughly 10 years old.

You are correct there they are closer, I suppose I should have specified I was only looking the closest casinos that have full pay schedules listed at 25c denominations lol. None of the locations in Vicksburg have anything at all listed except for some at higher denominations, and no way I am playing DDB at 10$ a hand haha. Baton Rouge looks like I have more to work with, if I could maybe find a NSUD 1$ paytable, I could play that at single coins instead of playing 8/6 JoB at 25c.

EDIT: I actually don't even see Lauberge Baton Rouge listed at all, I will have to check that one out for sure then.

Having been to L'Auberge this past December, I can tell you there are no full pay VP machines there. however, it is a nice casino. Keep in mind if you hit a hand pay, they will take 6% out for State taxes. You can file a state form and get the majority of it back.

. In LA as a non resident it’s refundable if you file a lousiana state tax return.
