I found the following machine with the following paytable. I used the wizard's calculator and came up with a 2.87% advantage. Is this correct? Just want to make sure I didn't make a mistake. I can't yet post the picture.

$1 Machine

Royal $9,223
SF $ 250
4A w/k $3,786
4 2-4 w/k $ 955
4 A $ 866
4 2-4 $ 400
4 5-k $ 250
Full House $ 40
Flush $ 25
Straight $ 20
3 oak $ 15
2 Pair $ 5
JOB $ 5

Just by looking at the amounts of the progressives that seems about right. i would have guessed those progressives are adding about 5%-6% to the base paytable.

make sure you aren't thinking 5-play when it is 20-play and you havent realized it yet. I run into that a lot. Sometimes the 5-play is hidden, the 20-play row where you would expect the 5-play, as if they hope you make that mistake. If you use the bet-up button as you are looking, the 5-play comes out from hiding.

Definitely a good play... How you can tell it's so good is the 4AWAK... That's nearly doubled in value. If a doubled Royal (1 in ~40,000) adds 2% to a game, I'd imagine a doubled value 4AWAK would add at least 3% given it's much more likely to happen vs a Royal.
Playing it correctly means you've already won.

I'd have to plug the number but I think you are right. When I sat down the numbers were slightly less than above but not much lower. I was lucky and hit the Royal in only 3 hours. I think after I hit it the game was right at 100%. I had to leave so not sure how high it went before getting popped. It was a bank of machines 6-8 if I can remember.

Congrats on hitting it, and in such short order! An easy way to check the value of the 4AWAK is to do the paytable with the boosted Royal but then put 2000 in for the 4AWAK. Look at that %, write it down, then do it again with the ~$3700 value and see how much it moved. Got to imagine it's more than the 2% Royal given the respective frequencies.

I would have guess 2.5% for the 4AWAK.
