Wow! In Canada? Where the education system still seems to be working??

I would have expected it to be more likely in the US where so many cars seem to have the "Ignorant and Proud Of It!" bumper stickers. It's probably coming soon to a casino near me. Ugh!

Anyone want to file a complaint with the gaming commission? I'm lazy, and an American non-patron.

VP requires a min payback of 88% in Ontario using optimal strategy, so all bet selections are in violation. Page 51, Section 20.1.4

I figured IGT didn't ship machines that fell outside the legal payback ranges. I also thought I read somewhere on IGTs media sheets in the past Game Kings didn't go below 8/5/4/3/1/1 Bonus (86.31%). Guess I was wrong.

What am I missing? Notice two pair ddb style, with db quad pays. 8/5 is 99, take away 2% for the fh short pay, two pair short pay, 5%, so 92%, ignoring the straight flush bump.

The paytable does not pay "DB quad pays", it pays regular BP quad pays (400, 200, 125 respectively).

WoO says it's 84.42%.

2-pair pays about 25% if it's 2-for-1, and about 12% if it's 1-for-1. So each 'tick' is about 12%.

There it is, thanks. I don't play double bonus or bonus poker enough to realize it. They found their sneaky way. Always wondered how they'd go to 5/5, 5/4, 4/4, 4/3, 3/3 and not have people needing antidepressants.

I played this BP paytable today in California, but only for about 15 minutes. The royal progressive put it at barely under 100%, whereas reset is 94 and change. I thought THAT was bad.

1-1-3-5-8-10-25-40-80-50-800

This is a difficult game. I play it so rarely that I'm not freshly schooled on it. It's a challenge. I knew I was rusty and was only going to play for a short period, and I had other things to do.
'Emergencies' have always been the pretext on which the safeguards of individual liberty have been eroded.

The name of the game was one I had not seen before... which is why I took the picture of the paytable... not realizing it was SO BAD. And then didn't get the name in my picture lol. Glad I didn't play it!

For the record this was a bartop machine, on the floor they have a wider array of VP with more reasonable paytables.... not terrific ones, but not an embarrassment like this, either.

I might give this a try.
