I have developed a large spreadsheet detailing EVERY existing table game, their house edges, and their strategies :)

This should help us keep track of what work is left to do in our quest to figure out the math behind every casino game - as well as serve as a useful reference for inventors and players.

Just took a quick glance. I believe that since there are different ‘house ways’ for Pai Gow poker listing an exact house edge and optimal strategy is only good for the specific house ways you are playing against. I think a disclaimer is needed. (If there is one and I missed it, then mea culpa).
