Has anyone here ever had a dispute which went to the gaming commission?
I was wondering if a casino patron has ever won a case regarding a rule dispute in front of the gaming commission? Are there any well-known cases? I couldn't find any

every now and again I just stop in to ask them a random question.
The last time I was in, was to make a complaint about Wind Creek, and their consolidation of their customer service desk with the chip/voucher redemption.
When they first did it, everyone who needed chips had to wait in line with the customer service.
I spoke with a nice young gentleman about my concern, and how, I've heard, that on some online casinos they have to make the cashout process expedient. From what I understand its more likely that the player will spend their balance if they cant cash out.
I am almost certain the man listened to me as, there just so happens to be an extra middle line specifically for just chip/voucher exchange now.

Yes, three times, three separate matters.
Twice via letter writing, the one time the letter was not even responded to, the second time there was some response, and once all the way to hearing.
What I learned from the experiences was that unless it involves a non-discretionary matter that getting gaming involved isn't the way to go. The matter that went to hearing I would still send to hearing all the way no regrets there.
Over all what I have learned with regards to casinos in general is that pushing things via letter writing, and formal complaints, is not the way to go unless the matter is non-discretionary or some gaming rule is being violated.
Sometimes all it takes to resolve something is a phone call and a meeting one on one with a higher up.

I tell you it’s wonderful to be here, man. I don’t give a damn who wins or loses. It’s just wonderful to be here with you people.
