Golden Frog Baccarat is very popular in Northern California. What do you think about this side bet? Do you see it elsewhere?

Is Empire Technology, the developer of Golden Frog, a new table game vendor? Are any of the owners/developers member of his forum?

Like most sidebets with >10% House Edge, probably best to play for entertainment purposes only or if you've developed a counting mechanism to beat it. 2-card 9 beats 2-card 7 would seem the best possibility.

In my opinion, all these complicated side bets defeat the point of playing Baccarat. If you want to get fancy, play one of the carnival games! LOL

I find the title of that bet silly. I mean, Natural 9 beats 7 is all you need to say, since no 3-card 7 is possible there. And yes, a simple count should beat this one quite handily.
