Casinos with rigged baccarat games

There is this casino tthat has its shoe cards pre-arranged with blue and red cards alternately. And even before the cards are turned over by the ddealer, their system already displays what number the card is on their display. Does this mean that this casino already knows the order in which the cards will come, and therefore has rigged their baccarat table games?

Most likely the shoe is reading the card and displaying it. I would be surprised if the game was rigged.
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

With many streaming online casinos, the digital display of the next card is shown before the card is taken from the shoe over the scanner. I see this often with blackjack games.
