5 Number Bet in Single 0 Roulette?

I am looking at the WOO page on Promotional, Match-Play, and Non-Negotiable Chips. The Chip Value Table shows payouts for a 5 way roulette bet for single 0. I thought the 5 way bet was just an option in 00 roulette. (0, 00, 1, 2, 3).
Is this a mistake or is there a way to make a 5 number bet in single 0 roulette I'm not thinking about.
