ICE-London 2019:

Total 8+ New Table Games will be at ICE-London 2019 in (ABBIATI's Booth S7-230) or (PST's Joint-Booth S8-140).
See Full ICE Floor-Plan. http://bit.ly/2Ct7SFj

* Legend of New Table Games® will share with you his 8+ New Table Games for ICE-London 2019, Every Week.

Game-2 (Top-Up® Blackjack™ 補足21點™) House-Edge 1.94%. TopUpBlackjack.com
*The First Blackjack in which Casino FREE-Match 1/2 the cost of Players Splits and Doubles in Real-Money!

Rules:
Top-Up Blackjack™ is a liberal version of Blackjack which matches 1/2 the cost of Players Split and Doubles, in Real Money.
Standard Blackjack rules unchanged other than as set out Below:

* Player’s Blackjack is an Automatic-win, Pays 3 to 2.
* Player’s 21 point is an Automatic-win, Pays 1 to 1.

1. Each Player must make both a Main-wager and a Contrast-wager equal to 1/2 his Main-wager.

2. Each Player receives two cards face-up and the Dealer receives two cards with one face-up.

3. If the Player’s two-card hand doesn’t contain one Red-suit (heart or diamond) and one Black-suit (club or spade) then his Contrast-wager automatically loses.

4. Play continues as normal Blackjack.

5. For all allowed Splits and Doubles, the Player only wagers 1/2 the Main-wager, and receives a Top-Up of the other 1/2 directly from the rack. Once the Top-Up money is wagered, it is owned by the Player.
5a. Player receives the total proceeds from the outcome of the hand. Thus, a Player will profit 1/2 his Main-wager from tying the Dealer on a Top-Up Double or Split.

6. Any Contrast-wager stay with the original hand on a split. Player does not match his Contrast-wager while splitting.

7. The Contrast-wager is resolved in the following way:
7 a. If the Player wins on his hand, his Contrast-wager (if any) wins 2 to 1.
7 b. If the Player pushes on his hand, his Contrast-wager (if any) will push.
7 c.. If the Player loses on his hand, his Contrast-wager (if any) loses.

The Question is what do you think about (Top-Up® Blackjack™ 補足21點™) and why?

Any limits on the number of hands split and what cards can be split? Can any hand be doubled?
At my age, a "Life In Prison" sentence is not much of a deterrent.

Hi DRich,
See below (The House-Edge of 1.94% is based on Rule Set-II, with 6-Decks).

Rule Options:
The base rules for all Contrast Top-Up Blackjack games analysed in this report are:
no late surrender (no LS), no re-split of Aces (SPA1), re-split other pairs up to 4 hands (SP4), Top-Up double allowed after Top-Up split (DAS). Top-Up splits are allowed on all pairs except 10-valued pairs (i.e., Top-Up splits of T-T, J-J, K-Q, etc are not allowed).

Rule Set-II contains the above base rules, and allows Top-Up doubles on any soft total or hard totals of 9 through 11, regardless of the number of cards in the hand.
The dealer peeks for blackjack under an Ace or Ten-valued upcard.
