This was almost two months ago; the Facebook video says that the game is "taking Vegas by storm" or something like that...along with the lie about a better chance of winning (well, for the house...yes...).
Roulette was INVENTED with a double zero, and the single zero didn't come around until 50 years later.
And some of the earliest American wheels DID have three zeros (but one was an eagle).

The only one I’ve seen that actually used three zeros was at Harrah’s. The other ones I’ve seen all use some kind symbol related to the casino as the third zero.
