Saw this game at Gila River wild horse pass casino in Arizona. If the dealer has a 9 high top then the table pushes. No commission is collected. I had the tough luck of seeing it happen twice in 30 minutes & pushing twice with this when I would have won both times. One of the plays the dealer had a 10 high pai gow! Anyway I wasn't really a big fan of the new game

The version you describe is entitled "Commission Free Pai Gow Poker" that belongs to Shufflemaster. IDK if PGD assisted or sold it to them. I do know that EZ-PGP is related to Dan's work IDK if he is the patent-holder.
Some people need to reimagine their thinking.
