Distribution of even money and multiple money wins and losses for pontoon

Michael on his WizardOfOdds site gives a detailed breakdown of the chance of winning or losing double etc initial money on a single hand of blackjack. This is under the 'standard deviation' section. Does anybody know of the existence of a similar table for pontoon. Michael has given the sd of pontoon so presumably he has this table. Would Michael be prepared to publish the table.
