I want to preface my post with that I have no problem paying entry or buying bottle service at a club as I have done this many times. I only thought of this as I read an earlier thread about most attractive waitresses.

All casinos in Vegas are technically public places and access can not be limited. When table games are present in a club is access required for anyone that would like to play? If I want to play at the tables at Playboy club or outside at XS can I be denied entry? Could an argument be made that I have the right to be given access to play these games?

Yes. By Nevada law, casinos are public places, and available to anyone who wants to play. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they may still charge an entrance fee, as they do at the Playboy casino. However, you can't have a rule that you must be a hotel guest, or have an invitation. The Hard Rock summer pool-side parties are a hot ticket, and have table games. I think that if you declare you wish to play at the poolside gaming tables only, then they will give you a colored arm band, allowing you access to only that part of the pool.

Could they not just ban you from the entire property? Casino, club, restaurant, wherever?

Does that mean that you think you could get into "Rehab" on Sunday without paying the cover if you said you want to play the poolside games? I would love to check that scene out for a short period, and would be willing to wear an arm band and play 6:5 blackjack to do it. I hope so, because this could be a big Vegas insider type tip. If it became too frequent I'm sure that The Hard rock would find some way around it.

Even it didn’t exempt you from the cover I would probably still be willing to do it just to get past the lines. Slightly overweight 35 year old guys are often "picked” to go into the clubs.

I hope the Wizard can work his majic and get some confirmation on the is one before my trip in May
