Asian Horse Racing???

I'm talking about Japan and Hong Kong. Does anybody know about it. How to get handicapping info? How do you make sense of their program format? How much is the takeout? What are the prospects of winning? I think they have gigantic pools meaning that a very big bettor won't crush his own odds down. Not really sure. Would like to know if anyone can help.
