For $10 bills, that package is $50,000
For $20 bills, that package is $100,000
For $50 bills, that package is $250,000 (casino likely cannot fulfill this request since $50's are rare there)
For $100 bills, that package is $500,000

I think the likely scenario is being given stacks of $100 bills and when you hit 50 stacks, you'll have $500,000.
But if the win is just over $100,000, $20's can be taken as a small bills request for 5,000 bills.
