Ultimate Texas Holdem with advantage?

Hi,
In the casinos I play (Europe) Ultimate Texas Hold'em, there are dealers that allow or don't care if the players share information about their cards. Since only one deck is used and I am able to see all dealt cards..... could this game be beatable?

Anybody else is welcome to weigh in, but the above has been my experience as well.
If the House lost every hand, they wouldn't deal the game.
