Hi. I have a legitimate complaint against an online casino. I was hoping to get "The Wizard's" help. Your "file a complaint" link above is confusing to me because it goes off to another site without any explanation.

Could you please explain a bit. Are you associated with "The Wizard"?

Hi Robert.
FYI Zuga is the owner of both sites. Though wizard endorses some casinos, Zuga and the site LCB manage any commercial relationships and LCB is where your complaint will get actioned.

Yes, going through sister site, LCB, is the way to file a complaint against an advertiser here. We ask that you go through that process first, as opposed to taking it to the forums.

yes, i do.
now i need to trust LCB will work for me, and the online gambling sites will cherish their reputation.
but i cannot register here in China. i tried with or without VPN, or using different browers, it just doesn't work.
what can be done, Zuga?

It's taking BetMgm NJ 3 weeks and counting to update my phone and email so I can log in. Draftkings, Fanduel, and Pointsbent all updated them in 15 minutes by me simply uploading my id. BetMgm, 3 WEEKS. I'd say f' em but I want to play online poker. Unreal.

is lcb that influential__________?
what % of gamblers would see that complaint and decide not to do business with them if lcb gave that online casino a bad review__________?
I would guess not a high %
but I could be wrong - I admit I am not knowledgeable enough about lcb to answer my own question
until today I had never heard of lcb

A User had an account with since December 2022.
Played extensively over six months, mainly betting on sports and European football leagues.
Experienced gradually increased betting limits from $10,000 to $20,000.
Issue with Withdrawals:

In May 2023, attempted to withdraw a significant portion of $250,000 balance after a lucky streak.
Communication from Kineko's developers on June 23, 2023, marked the start of problems.
Agreed to a payment plan of $10,000 worth of withdrawals every 15th of the month.
Received the first monthly payment on November 22, 2023.
However, Kineko breached the payment plan by not making any withdrawals for December or any subsequent month.
Despite attempts to contact Kineko, they have been non-responsive since January 18.
Other Relevant Information:

Kineko is currently engaged in an NFT project, which could pose risks to users if the withdrawal issue is not resolved.
The user advises against using Kineko's website/token/NFT project until the dispute is resolved.
