Looking for the best daily happy hour on the strip, as well as the earliest and latest.

The best experience I've had was 2-for-1 drafts at Napoleon's Piano Bar in Paris. Good beer, great entertainment, nice atmosphere and reasonably priced.

Try The Palm Restaurant as well as P.J. Clarke's in The Forum Shops at Caesars. P.J.'s has dollar oysters and half-price beers from 2:45 - 6:00. I also really like McCormick and Schmick's happy hour which has both an "early" stage and a "late" stage. They are off-strip on Flamingo. Almost to a one, all their items are excellent. (I've ordered the whole menu). Great oysters and great drinks.

I see that Blondies ( 3-6) all you can drink and C bar(stratosphere) (5-9) both for 20 bucks and daily
Mcfaddens thurs/fri/sat 10-1 all you can drink for around 20 bucks.
Just what I need, lol !

The Palm at the forum shops also had a very good happy hour a couple of months ago whe I was out there.

Is the Stratosphere even considered on the 'strip'? I realize on it's on LV Blvd., but it's a ways down the road from everything else.
