I just got back from Atlantic City so I thought Id pass along some info. I played at Bally's, Showboat and Borgata and it looks like everything below $100 hands is H17 and no surrender. Otherwise the rules looked favorable i.e. double any two cards, double after split, split to four hands... Minimum of $10 on weeknights and weekend day time, with minimum of $15 on weekend nights.

Yeah AC is crap for decent blackjack...there are much better rules with lower limits at casinos less than a 2-hour drive away (Harrah's Chester, Delaware Park)...and they wonder why they are suffering.

Harrah's has 6 for 5 BJ payout if I remember correctly. I don't know about the Borg. Resistance is futile.
