if there is a God he'll find a hell of a lot of people to bless before he gets around to you

I know sports betting is draining your bankroll, but take it easy, no need to take it out on me. Besides you dont even know who I am as a person and all the good Ive done in my life, but a couple of lines on an internet forum where I didnt even say anything wrong to begin with, and im an evil person, hilarious. Then again, my whole life no matter the good I do, good karma doesnt exist. As soon as I do something questionable such as taking the wrong order from a McDonalds with more food in it, the world falls on me.

This thread can end if someone can simply just tell me what safeguards are im place at the Palms. Until then this thread is going no where. Flyers might be going out soom as well if I dont get an answer from Gaming. Palms now doesnt even have Gamings number to hand out at the cage LOL. I wonder why?
Any private business open to the PUBLIC (ie. droned out casinos) cannot have a criminal trespass enforced against an individual without GOOD CAUSE (Disruptive or Disorderly conduct). You will never go to prison for being thrown out of a casino for legal advantage play and then returning because it's simply unconstitutional 'as applied' to the individual. 'As applied' constitutional issues must FIRST be raised in DISTRICT COURT (trial court) to have it thrown out. You CANNOT raise it on APPEAL This is the best kept secret in the world of casinos not just in Vegas but everywhere in the country. Thank me later.

And those kids came from rich families with connections or are all in massive debt and broke from their ivy league universities. If you read my post I talk about net worth not what job you have. Everyone seems to have a nice job, but everyone is broke. Interesting. And the ones who arent broke, got handouts from their parents or the government and didnt earn it on their own. God bless me.

You paint with too broad a brush. Most of those kids had their parents pay for college. But most of them aren’t now broke or in debt. They are 23 or 24, making $300-500k with no debt. You can mock them because they took a handout from their parents by letting them pay for college . . . More power to you.

I have three kids and plan to pay for them to all go to college. Been socking away in 529 plans since they’ve been born. It’s not a “handout” in my mind. It’s me providing for my family.

I work hard and long hours. Took the college hand out from my parents, but paid for grad school myself. My net worth is plenty high for me. Sure I have debt. It’s a smart play. I’m locked in at 3-4% on my debt and on average earning more than that on my investments.

Do lots of people take on too much debt? Yes. Is that a societal problem? Yes. Does that mean debt is bad? No.
The race is not always to the swift, nor the battle to the strong; but that is the way to bet.

If you presented Gaming with some credible evidence that the cards were not ordered in a random manner, I believe they would take it seriously. I'm also open to exposing cheating by anybody in any way, but I need some hard evidence before I invest a lot of time, not just an adjective-laden rant.

I wouldn't be in a rush. Suspension is over-rated. Sure, it gives you a chance to go outside, or tidy up the casita, but after binge watching a couple seasons of Baywatch, it gets boring.

I'm not saying it was a personal insult nor was I calling out Drich.

I was only saying that had ZK said it, HE would have been suspended.

IIRC you guys suspended someone for using a well known loaded question. "have you stopped beating your wife?"

Perhaps you guys can cut him some slack next time.

I would be the best moderator ever, especially if I recused myself when it came to certain members. It's obvious you guys should be consulting me before each possible suspention.

p.s. As a moderator, it was very uncouth of you to thank Drich for his post.

I don't really care if he gets suspended or not. but ZK said this re women:

Women are actually the epitome of drones. Theyre more like leeches, especially now when they dont even cook or clean and still feel so entitled. You can thank society for the women of today. Theyre basically useless.

there are women on this forum and this is IMO indefensible. Axel, since you are defending ZK perhaps you would like to defend these statements. this is going to be interesting

can't help wondering if ZK is part of your crew now and whether that has something to do with your comments

btw: I recall you using the phrase "gambling idiot" in one of your posts. (if necessary and you say you didn't I will search and find it). you didn't say who you were referring to but I think everybody knew. did you get cut some slack for some reason?

For the record, I released ZK from suspension very early. Was that cutting him slack (No. Actually a bit lazy of me) But I did see the comment referred to here where ZK disparaged women. Not acting on that was definite cutting of slack. He gets lots of slack and suspending him gets lots of inter-mod discussion. I/We try to be fair with all members. Past form is usually taken into consideration and ZK has plenty and it's not all good.

That's just like, his opinion man.

It's a mix of fact and delusion, as always.

But it's a pretty big reach to say someone venting about battle of the sexes type stuff is engaging in a personal insult just because men/women exist.

I have never done any business with ZK, at least not that I can recall. Ever since I meet him, I have liked the guy, and that's why I'm defending him. I have the right to pick and choose who and what I want to defend.

"gambling idiot" sounds like something I might have said, I'm sure that I have said worst things. I never claimed to be a saint. I'm not really sure what that has to do with ZK.

I dont read all his long-winded posts and or take everything he says seriously. I don't think he really thinks that about all women. Obviously, he should have said that and many other things.

Does anyone know how much I'd have to pay whom to have a few extra good cards added to each box?

I've only read up to this part of the thread... and it's an amazing read.
I like ZK's questioning of the whole pre-shuffled deck.. he wants to be certain he is playing a fair and honest (odds excluded) game. That's fair!

Anyway - this comment caught my eye and I got to thinking which cards are truly good cards?? There's already at least 4 aces and some 10s in every deck. Do we take out some threes and twos and add some aces? Not always good because you might have 20, and dealer has blackjack..
During regular game play the dealer might not bust as often.

So, despite being late to the party, what cards are good cards? Do you 'set the decks' so the dealer never busts and hope the player never wins, or do you load it up with Aces, so that the plebs always buy insurance and lose, and when they are faced with a King, the dealer pulls an Ace from the CSM and boom.. dealer has BJ.
Or, do you rig it such that blackjack is impossible - take out 3 aces and add in a few more 2s..
I pose this question in response to ZK's original question about the decks, it is not necessarily favourable to the casino to rig the decks, cause they might lose more as a result..? My thinking is they can't always be sure you'll play basic strategy, or that another player will hit or stand on 12, and the rigged deck could be favourable to the player as a result despite being 'rigged'..

Quote: ZK

So let me get this straight, not ONE person has been able to give me an answer to my thread and i get warned for yet another suspension? Not to mention, the post that brought this thread back up wasnt even the 'bump' post either so saying im thumb tacking or whatever is called is ridiculous. Also, people begging others to get suspended are magically not breaking any rules, that's comical.

It's an intelligent question. (But, don't take this out of context).
What verification is there that all cards are in the shoe? Given there's a burn card and preferential shuffling.. I too would like to read how these preshuffled decks are verified as shuffled (and complete, and random from one deck to the next).

Quote: SOOPOO

I'll give you an answer. I agree with you. Unless the casino checks for each card in a preshuffled deck, or any deck for that matter, it is not as transparent as some, you obviously included, may want. The lower level management guy you spoke to basically was disinterested in dealing with a pest like you, and gave you the same answer I gave you earlier, that you do not have to play there if you do not like the rules and the way they do things. Have you sent an email to palms management with your concerns? Sent an email to"Gaming"?

Would it have killed him to actually find a intelligent answer from upper management, one, suitable for a client, instead of telling him to play elsewhere?
That's pretty poor form assuming the dialogue is 100% correct. The dialogue could have even gone down the route that they are verified by the manufacturer with image recognition prior to packaging, and deck is security sealed prior to shipping, and the image recognition routines are recorded and audited... Simple enough answer, might have put his mind at ease, could have played elsewhere if he so chose?

Quote: OnceDear

Extra 2-7's in the deck are good for the house and bad for the player. Extra tens and aces are good for the player and bad for the house. Extra 9's are slightly better for the player. Extra 8's are about as neutral as can be, I don't remember which they favor, but it's marginal. This is the basic tenet of card counting.
