Hi All

i am just curious about that match -play, blackjack pays 2:1 or 3:1, and free Ace Coupons. I read some articles on those, tried to absorb the calculations :), and confused at some certain point. what is the advantages of these coupons to the Casino it self except increase number of customer visits (may be)? any mathematical calculation for these coupons on the casino win/lose side? Many tanks.

The incentive to the casino is that coupons get people into the casino.
Take the Orleans, as an example.
They offered a $25 match play coupon, that first had to be validated at the players club.
One could park, walk to the club, get validated and then play one hand at a huge advantage, leave, get car and move on.
I'm sure a minute amount of people do that.
Most however don't hit and run. Instead, that $25 coupon gets them in the door and they play an afternoons worth.
The difference between fiction and reality is that fiction is supposed to make sense.

Thank you

Thats what i am thinking as well. Just the incentives to bring the customers in rather than, mathematical advantage to the house.
