The Wizard of Odds Strategy for Spanish21 has a row for "S12-15" - always hit regardless of dealer up card, and a row for a pair of Aces - always split.

I assume it should be "S13-15" and that you should always split Aces, even when they are a soft 12.

Can you resplit Aces in Spanish 21 up some limit, such that the last pair of Aces becomes an unsplittable "soft 12"?

In Atlantic City, for example, any pair can only be split three times for a total of four hands. So, the unsplittable "soft 12" should be hit.
