What is the gain from Late Surrender to Early Surrender in Spanish 21 ?
Say 6 decks, S17, No redouble, Basic Strategy

I ran sim in CVData and MGP's Blackjack Analyser and results are very different.

From -0.372% to -0.167% (+0.205%) for MGP
From -0.385% to +0.444% (+0.829%) for CVData

I have an infinite-deck Excel sheet for S17, no redouble Spanish 21. It's approximate because it ignores the spaded bonuses resulting from splits, but this is only a small effect. With a change from late to early surrender, the sheet's player's EV changes:

From -0.445% to -0.233% (+0.212%) for my infinite-deck Excel sheet

I'm sure early surrender is less valuable in Spanish 21 than in regular blackjack because of the shortage of 10s in Spanish 21.

Well. Thank you very much.
It seems that it's MGP who is right.

Both those numbers are likely incorrect. Change the way dlr auto-win on 21 is handled as suggested at BJTF.
