Hello everyone. I had some questions about potentially counting to beat this blackjack side bet. I'm sure most of you are familiar with the game but here are the specifics of the game in question that I can play.

6 deck shoe
If your first two cards are suited it pays 2:1 (ouch, I know)
If your first two cards are a royal match (KQ suited) it pays 50:1
The minimum bet is $25, the maximum bet is $100

I think that's all the details you need. I've done some general searching online and come up with nothing fantastic because I believe knowing the specific payouts may tailor which count you decide to use and where that count becomes advantageous.

This is a local casino so I'd rather not count to beat the game itself for the most part. I don't think it would bring any attention to myself however if I essentially flat bet or played a very small spread on the game itself playing basic strategy and occasionally took the 'sucker's bet'. This would allow me to kill time rather than beating the game via counting and not being able to spend a lot of time at the casino.

Thanks for the feedback in advance.

Google Search: "APHeat Royal Match" without the quotes and ye shall find what you are looking for.

I appreciate the heads up but as it says in the article, this count is near impossible to keep for a 6 deck game. Thanks anyway.
