7 Mile Casino- San Diego

Has anybody been to 7 Mile Casino in San Diego/Chula Vista. A friend of mine mentioned that you can surrender at any part of the hand and there are no carnival rules such as 6:5, push 22 etc. Never heard of anything like this and was considering making a trip to SD to play. Does anybody have any experience there and can confirm this?

So, are you a marketing shill for this place? It's only been open for two months, and the place's web site provides almost no info about it.
