A casino in mexico has this rule, you can split AND double aces at the same time as if you had two elevens. More specific you split your aces and put another bet behind as if you were doubling, one bet for each ace, you can only split once and will get only one card even if you decide not to double. How does this affect the house edge?

Also you can only make an insurance bet after the last player has hit/stand his hand, just before the dealer hits, if you already busted you can't take insurance. The dealer only takes your inicial
bet with a blackjack if he is showing an Ace, with a ten it takes everything.

How will this unusual rules afect the he%?

Anyone? It definitely seems +EV, maybe even better than respliting aces.
