Ahh, memories.

My first experiences playing were on the C64's little brother, the VIC20. There was a charming game called VIC-21. My parents preferred me playing that instead of Blue Meanies from Outer Space - there was some outside hope of me learning basic arithmetic with the 21 game at least.

I guess they were right. I can count to 20 without taking off my socks.

(Mom often played Blue Meanies from Outer Space. She seemed to think that she knew how to add already, and didn't need the practice.)
May the cards fall in your favor.
