somewhere on the wizard of odds site(or anywhere) that someone knows of that shows EV for BJ hands.....Like for example what is the EV of the players hand if he has a 20 and the dealers up card being a 5?......thanks

Did you even took a look at the WoO site ?
Appendix 1 of the Blackjack page gives you all that (well, for infinite deck).
