When I start to do well the dealer will start to rush everyone like they are racing for speed. I've noticed this many times. Are they trying to screw up peoples game.. I even had dealers waving at me to make decision in a split second. I wanted to buy insurance. But she assumed no one wanted and flipped card. I asked for insurance and she said its even money. And proceeded without giving even money. I feel like they treated us like animals.

" The only power people have over you is the power you give them. "

I have had this problem with fast dealers in AC. I would wait until they skim past my hand against their stiff, and then ask for a hit
after they are 2 players to my left. I have even asked if I could just leave my money and go play slots while he played my hand.
It is usually a young dealer and always at a casino that shares tips. Cause he sure as hell won't get any from me.

I sometimes give tip. But I didn't and got up and left twice. I complained another time. One dealer was supposed to use the notch and saw her twice put the yellow card above notch. My experience and survey knew they are supposed to use the notch. I even had dealers show fustration when I win. Does it make any difference whether I lose or win? I think they figured I am a card counter. I have seen the pit boss run to the phone when I walk in. But I left Vegas with a big loss. It's not easy to card count the profit takes a lot of work.

Does it make any difference whether I lose or win? How much poor service and rudeness are you willing to put up with ? Is this the only game in town ??

I think I was in denial that we were being insulted. I saw people looking in shock. And I got up and said I don't like this game anymore because dealers are rushing and the guy next to me said that he didn't hit and wanted to split. And got up and left. Two other were upset and left. Btw way three were older ladies. Other two were young guy and girl. And maybe another lady.

I actually prefer a fast dealer. Time is money. :) But, remember that the dealer can only go as fast as the slowest player. You as the player actually control the pace. Sometimes it is fun to slow down a fast dealer. And sometimes it can be beneficial as well. You slow down a fast dealer, you take THEM out of THEIR element. You can often see the frustration on their face and body language. You will be surprised at the mistakes that even an experienced dealer makes in that situation.

They were more than fast. It was ridiculous. Another experienced player at 25 min table was saying in disbelief. I don't understand what they have to gain by doing this. It's not their money.

When a dealer is rushing you excessively, you just wave you right hand - palm down - and repeatedly - and say "HEY!! MISDEAL, MISDEAL, MISDEAL" -
Followed by:
"I STOOD - AND you HIT ME! - CALL the FLOOR!!"
...or...
"I Hit, - AND you ran me over!!" - CALL the floor!!

After several times of the floorman coming over, they will look as hard as the dealer as they will you.

No...
If a dealer runs you over, or disobeys game instruction from a player, you can start by reporting him to floor supervision.
A good place to start, and usually end with the problem solved.

Dealer at mirage had nerve to say that I'm messy when turned in my chips. I had a dealer say my streak is goin to end.

No offense but (IMO) you need thicker skin. Dealers are only human we all make stupid comments. However if you feel these comments are particularly pointed then say something back. I would have said my chips are as messy as your tray, or your crooked teeth.

I always find it odd how the pit and dealers act as if we the player should feel lucky they let us play there. I feel this vibe alot, but it doesn't bother me. I'm not there to make friends. Infact I prefer bad treatment it keeps me focused. Its in my best interest to view the casino as my enemy and when they are jerks its easy.
