I would probably start on Tuesday and be done by Friday. I don't think I would actually need to get the bankroll In hand, I think I can muster up a few hundred bucks. I don't think I would actually have to hand the money back to Mike (assuming he will put in the bets). I think he can muster up a few hundred as well. I just need to know the amount of BR and then I would let Romes, Mike and the forum know. And again if we want to get the parlays in and my help is needed I need to know ASAP so I can see who can help. Then set something up where Mike can tell them to bet the following number of teams for x amount on this card and so on. I already mentioned a few other people who I think would be willing to help.
But again, I would let Romes make that call with or without everyone's support.

I know I sound like a gambler, but I don't have much of a feeling of "ownership" of this money anyway...I did not even place any money in danger. Plus, less than $25 does not by a lot. Take a good chance. Make us money. Or bust!!

You should re read my post. I was willing to do some solid AP stuff and add some money to the BR while waiting for a good week. I probably wont be here this weekend. I'm heading out on Friday. But you'll have to give them the amounts per card, how many cards etc. Example 4 teamer card one $10. Fill in 118, 123, 94, 105. 2nd card 118, 123, 94 113 and so on.
I wouldn't post up anything until after the bets are in. I honestly believe people should PM you/ mods or a member for your picks if they actually want to bet or sweat them. No reason to alert WH each week what to look for. I'm getting rejected sometimes on my first card.

Max you just gotta wake up at like 730am or something. Go to a casino and try to put in 3 bets, but only get allowed to put in one. Then drive to another casino and try to put in 2 for lower amounts except they only allow you to put in one. So then you go somewhere else and try to put in another bet for like $25 and the dude yells at you for some unknown reason. Then you go home and go to sleep because there's no reason for a sane person to be up at that horrid hour of the morning (prime sleepin' hours). Then wake up 5 hours later and have no idea if your bets won or lost. So you wait like 2 weeks then just give the tickets to someone else and see what happens.
Don't worry about the numbers to circle on the card. Just fill in random numbers like I do.
That's my weekend routine, usually.
Not in favor of betting a weak card just to get it over with. Patience.
Definitely don't post picks until Sunday, though, even if they're bought on Thursday. Hate to provide written proof of a "syndicate " here. Seems to be a sensitive issue around these cards. PMs would be wiser.

I'm a fan of sometimes adding a confidence pick to the parlays. This gets another team on the parlay which usually jumps odds pretty good (so long as they're not a MASSIVE favorite). This way when you only have 3 good 1/2 point parlay pics, you can get 4 and 5 teamer bets where the last couple don't add a 'ton' of odds but are safer picks for accuracy. Thus you get a bit more odds while mainly riding the 3 1/2 point parlay picks as the majority risk.
Sorry if that sounded rambling and confusing =D. Either PM me your picks, or if you want to post them in the thread we can work from there.

The bet size isn't the only problem $25, $10 Isn't going to matter that much.

Mike was able to get a lot of action down, which was a surprise to me, but we're in an IT'S ON for this week! I just received this maybe 30 minutes ago and I'm frantically trying to get all the information sorted, written, linked, and together for you guys... because our biggest game of the ticket is TONIGHT. We need those damn Jags to win with +3.5... They're on every ticket except the last one!
Let me start by saying Mike did bet extra on the tickets I'm going to post below. We decided to take our team amount ~$257 and divide it by 8 and that's the amount of each ticket we own, with Mike taking the rest for personal action. So again, when you see a ticket below with $50 or $75 in action, the TEAM owns $32.13 of that bet.
I'll write each of the bets out, and then post the picture to boot. Sorry the quality isn't the best. Mike's phone was about to die and he sent me 1 group pic of all the tickets that I then blew up and cut out each individual one (cutting out confidential information). Not complaining but just curious. Why would we want to rely so heavily on 1 team. Isn't it a better option to have a good round robin with almost no teams on more than 3 or 4?

I didn't place the wagers and honestly am not big in the sports betting realm, which is why I had nothing to do with the actual bets or any input regarding them. I just helped get everything organized for the powers that be. That said, the person placing them thought it was best and that is what he went with.
I made those bets at Binion's, the Plaza, and Four Queens for $50 or $75 each. All three times they took 2 to 4 and cut me off. They didn't consider the rest on a case by case basis. Something over the computer said, "Don't take any more from this guy." The writer at Binion's told me a story of somebody, I think in week 6 (where we blew it), having a $290,000 winning ticket, which he tried to cash there. Since then William Hill has been more conservative about taking the half point cards.
