$5 Place 4, 5, 9, and 10 to lose, $5 buy 5 and 9, $6 buy 6 and 8. $6 on 6 and 8 to win, $5 on pass line and $5 on odds. Place 4, 5, 9, 10 to lose on all come outs. If one wins take winnings and bet on the winner leave rest unless its six or 8 always leave 6 and 8 bets... If you hit your number start over. Granted I know nothing about the game....

This seems weird but I'm not entirely sober right now. Can someone work out the house edge on this for me?
