President Trump pardoned Ed DeBartolo, Jr. the former owner of the San Francisco 49'ers, who pled guilty in 1998 of failing to report that he and the governor of Louisiana at the time, committed a crime when DeBartolo paid the governor $400k for a riverboat gambling license.

I'm not sure what a pardon means for DeBartolo. Could he re-apply for the gambling license now that his felony conviction has been erased? I suppose he could purchase a firearm now, but does he also get fines that he may have paid back in 1998 refunded?

It means he can vote again. That's priceless.

Interesting! I wonder if some Liberal will empty a prison of drug offenders to bolster the Democrat party rolls!?

The Trumpster also pardoned Blagojevic. Why? Because he once appeared on the Apprentice!

I will be very interested in the pardon list if Trump loses in 2020.

I wonder if this pardon cost him more or less than the $400,000 casino license?
