I'm in AC at Harrah's for a couple days for a work conference and a colleague has asked me to teach him craps. The table minimums here at Harrah's are $10. Can someone suggest a cheaper place for me to teach him?

I can't say for sure, but Resorts, Tropicana and Golden Nugget are your, "Low-Roller," AC joints, so maybe one of those. Resorts is probably the lowest of the low roller joints right now, so I would guess most likely to have $5 Craps.

I wasn't expecting below $5... so that works... thanks!

Unfortunately you'll rarely find limits under $10 in AC.
Bally's Wild West Cadino has $5 craps. It's only open certain hours, which vary, so call or ask someone working when the tables open there. Get there early because the table gets packed quickly.

I managed to talk to a Table Games Manager at Resorts this morning and he says the Craps minimums are $10 all the time. I tried to call for you last night, but no answer, maybe Tables were closed by then. Probably would have still been open had they had $5 Craps.
Same thing at GN, I imagine Trop will also be the same, but I actually called GN. The guy at GN did say, "Sometimes it's $5, but it's usually $10 and it's $10 right now."
