I was looking at rates for AC and the Showboat has some good deals.
The quoted rates are also honest as they INCLUDE the TAx and fees
Even better there is NO bogus "resort fee"

Sweet. I did not realize the hotel was open. Good to have more rooms open up. Bet they're not charging $400 for a Saturday night for a rundown room like the casinos.
I am a robot.

I wonder if they updated the rooms are just reopened the old SB rooms? They were getting bad near the end as CZR didn't put any money in there the last few years. But it's nice to see it open although I see them struggling once summer is over other than maybe on weekends.

I guess the covenant that says they cant reopen as a casino won over the covenant that says they must be a casino?

who bought the property?
did the school make a profit over this ordeal?

whats the over/under on them closing by dec 2017?
Craps is paradise (Pair of dice). Lets hear it for the SpeedCount Mathletes :)

100x. To answer your questions.

The property was purchased by turn around multimillionaire developer Bart Blatstein.
He has chosen to just open the hotel portion at this time as he awaits finalization of additional AC purchases and a reveal of his master plan.

The school (Stockton) lost money. The genius that made that purchase is , I believe, gone from the school.

I think in the long run he will be successful.
