Low stakes (Preferably no higher than $10 min) Blackjack/Spanish 21 with good rules? 3/2 stand on soft 17.

Spanish in AC is all s17. the only place is AC that I recall with S17 on $10-15 regular BJ tables is a handful of tables at Resorts, maybe not at peak times though.
