AC Summer 2016 room rates are through the roof

I was looking at the Internet room rates for July for a golf trip I am running. Weekday room rates at the 3 Marina properties:
GN $199
BORG $179
HARR $127
Seems night to me. I get a comp in all three but with the lousy BJ rules in AC the guys may want to just golf in PA and stay around there

July at the beach for under $200 a night is not bad. Take a look at Florida rates for February and March for comparable hotels and you'll see how reasonable these rates are. Golf rates are also reasonable compared to other golfing destinations.
