HE for pair side bet of Spanish 21

The casinos here in Ph have a lots of Pontoon games ( same as Spaniish 21) . The side bet of any pair that pay 11 to 1 is very popular. I know that HE for this side bet for Blackjack is 11.25% according to Wizard. How about the HE for this Spanish 21, using 6 decks, 48 cards, CSM, any pair side bet?

Getting the pair has probability 23/287. Not getting the pair has probability 264/287. So, the house edge is (23/287)*(11) + (264/287)*(-1) = -0.03833. Or, in other words, the house edge is 3.833%.
