Here is a quick tip

The stuffed Italian pizza (cheeses, vegetables and sausage) at the Borgata Bakery is great around 1AM

Damn it, I was hoping to get it around 9pm but if it is not as good then I will pass.

Sounds more like a double-crust pizza - a normal pizza with another layer of crust on the top. Usually, there's about 1/2 inch thickness of toppings between the crusts.

I suppose you could call it a very thin, pizza-shaped (as opposed to half-pizza-shaped), calzone.
