Also, I have heard that you can not do take out in AC. Is that true? We are going in a few months but going with a 3 and 1 year old. Not sure I would want to eat in with them but would be willing to try it if I could order out.

Also got to try Evil Chef at least once.
Quote: IntheknowIt's my understanding that the further away (geographically) a "top-chef" gets from their original restaurant the worse it is. As for take out in AC it depends on the anality of the casino or restaurant weather they're going to allow you to take out.
Oh my BOB, are you suggesting Mr Ramsay may have "jumped the shark" by entering the AC Market?
Rest assured , Mr Ramsay will still have to deal with AC union seniority rules re chefs & wait staff
- now that would be an interesting reality show- Gordan Ramsay vs NJ/AC union bosses.

Been there , done that
-what incentive is there to being 7star @ CZR anymore?
Quote: GWAEany idea if you can use RCs and what the ratio is. I think it is funny that they have "hells kitchen" beef wellington. My wife wants to go just for that.

from what I've heard, RCs will be 1:1

My wife and I have brought our toddler to AC numerous times. Yes take out can be tough. While there is no rule against it, that I know of, many "in casino" places just don't seem equipped for take out (no boxes or bags etc). My wife has actually talked a couple of places into it, explaining we have a kid upstairs in the room seems to help. It seems to vary from place to place and by how motivated the employee is feeling that day. You usually have to go in person and order...calling in a carryout order is pretty tough at most casino restaurants. Obviously the food court kind of places like the CF level at Taj, or the food court area in Harrahs are exceptions. I'm referring to the better restaurants.
Also if it's anything like Paris, the other diners couldn't hear your kids over the horrible acoustics, screaming rock music, and clatter of plates, let alone people screaming their conversation to be heard even across the table. All metal and stone, high ceilings, sound echoes and amplifies until you think you're eating inside a jet engine.
I'm a person who thinks little kids don't belong in upscale restaurants, and I appreciate your consideration on the matter. Perhaps if you brought your own containers? I don't know.
