Three Card Poker

If an online site is offering to refund 10% of my loss if I have a losing session at 3 card poker and they are using the best tables for the ante and pairplus, which according to the wizard have a house advantage of 3.37% for ante and 2.32% for the pairplus, is it worth it to play the game? How would that affect the total house advantage?
