Does anyone know what is the house edge variations if the casino allow you to unlimited splits for 2s thru 9s, Aces only once, and no splits for 10s?

How many decks? Depending on the number of decks, this is basically just standard no RSA splitting rules considering that you would never split tens anyway. Are you sure it is unlimited splits, or is it just up to four hands? In a single deck game, those two things would be one and the same, of course.

Is there a reason you want a precise number? I only ask because the difference between splitting to three hands and splitting up to four hands is not even a one-hundredth of a percent given most other sets of six deck rules. Given that, I'd almost have to believe the difference in going from four decks to unlimited is probably roughly the same in my relatively uninformed opinion.
