Prince Jefri of Brunei (brother of the sultan) is selling the lesser of his two Vegas estates. This one is going for $37.5 million (7030 Tomiyasu Lane). It's in the same neighberhood as Wayne Newton's estate, Shenandoah over by the airport.

It has 18 bedrooms and 27 baths in the main house. Over 11 acres of land, and a 12 car garage. The small bedrooms are 20' by 20'.

If that's a bit rich for you, there are 9 other homes going for over $10 million. This five year old castle has 36 bedrooms and 27 baths (about 1.5 miles from M resort).

I recall that his water use got him put on the "waste watch" list... Maybe the water bill was what finally pushed him to sell... hehe.

Prince Jefri is the biggest user of water in Las Vegas, and his rate was raised spectacularly to punish. He responded by actually using millions of gallons more, resulting in a bill of $61,836 for water in 2008. But that is from his main home complex in Spanish Hills Complex in western Las Vegas. This home is his secondary Vegas home.

The principal residential compound may have cost as much as $60 million to build. In any case, it is a small drop in the bucket of his spending. He has been accused of embezzling as much as $28 billion.

Personal assets include more than 500 properties, more than 2,000 cars, 100 paintings, five boats, and nine aircraft.
